"This was a special occasion... my wife's 90th birthday. I went to the Jewel Box page and picked out what I thought was the perfect necklace cross... the price was $169. What they sent was ridiculous... it was the size of a children's cross... It looked like a cross you would see in Walmart for $39.. if that much.

I went to our local jeweler and picked out a beautiful cross that was meant for an adult for $185 that was beautiful. I feel I was taken... my total outlay for the two crosses was #354. If you can do something for me I would appreciate it. I learned a lesson.. I'll never buy jewelry of any type on the internet.

"From the day of actually placing the order, it took 12 days just to finally ship the item and I still haven't seen the package, almost 16 days later. It should not take 12 days to start to get the item out of their warehouse. Clearly unacceptable, my only saving grace is I ordered this well in advance of Christmas otherwise it could've ruined my wife's holidays!"
