In December 2011 I Ordered some tags for my sisters baby shower favors in January 2012, not actually thinking about it at the time, I ordered the tags saying January 14th 2011, I relized this the day that my order shipped, I called to conform that it had been shipped to try and have it fixed, but it was too late. 3 hours later the rep called me back and said that she didnt think that it was acceptable and wanted to reprint the order and send it again at the cost of shipping. I was over the moon! You dont find this kind of customer service anymore! I would have had no choice other then to re order the tags or try to fix? them!
