"Ordered labels for wine bottles. They were very small, not sure if it stated the size when I placed the order. Words were so small you could not read them, looked funny on the wine bottles. Labels themselves were pretty but would not order again unless they were larger labels."

Although, as an artist, I wanted to upload my own label designs, I decided to go for the more efficient and cost-effective route.

"I received an improperly printed order and when I contacted them I was told that I could do a return but that I entered the information incorrectly. Essentially, this was my fault. When I looked back at the order form, it was entirely possible that I had make an error, but there was not an example as to how I should have completed the order. Long story short, my items were reprinted but I had to get pretty crabby to have that happen. Customer service could use a little attention, in my opinion. The product itself was fine, nothing special."

We needed several sheets of "bookplate" labels to organize our personal books at home into a library of sorts, and they had more options (styles, colors, shapes, etc.) than we ever expected. Labeling several hundred books can be a moderately expensive undertaking, so we shopped around for the best deal. I was originally going to just print my own labels at home, but by the time you purchase quality heavy label paper and use a significant amount of ink while printing, add in your time designing a label and monitoring the printer, and you really don't save much $$$, if any, by doing it yourself. The prices at MY OWN LABELS were not "cheap" but were very reasonable given the quality of their finished product. Also, the endless labeling options and ease of ordering on their website make the price per label even more reasonable at the project level.
