"I paid $20.05 for overnight shipping on a $77.70 order. The labels didn't print for 4 days from the time I placed the order so I didn't get the product in time for the event I was planning it for. I tried to notify customer service and couldn't get through, so that was disappointing. I get personalized picture products very often (i.e. invitations, mugs, t-shirts, etc) and I've never had to wait this long on an express order.
Its a shame because once the product did in fact arrive, they looked amazing. The product itself very good quality, adheres nicely to the bottles and looks very good. I was just extremely disappointed in the customer service and not being notified that my "OVERNIGHT" shipping order would take more than a week to be delivered."

They are very high quality labels, and the pictures displayed on them were perfect. Their customer service representative was calm, sweet, and extremely helpful. The only negative aspect to this experience was the hidden cost of freight. I was told that I had to pay $20 for shipping, and $33 for a rush order - which was perfectly fine, as I needed them in time for Christmas. However, when the labels arrived at my home I was forced to pay an additional $15 for freight, which I was not informed of at the time of my purchase. In total, I ended up spending approximately $70 on shipping, when the labels were only about $50. If you have extra money to splurge on a unique gift which will never be forgotten - then My Own Labels is perfect! "
