Unfortunately, the website seems to be no longer available. Now if I go to myperfumesamples.com it takes me to a "microperfumes" website. What a bummer! I guess I will just go to EBay for the samples I am looking for....the myfragrancesamples site I have seen which is similar seems extremely overpriced!"
"I've order several times over the past few years and I was happy with products and timely deliveries. I placed an order in August and after several weeks had not received my order. I tried both numbers on the website, one no longer in service and over a 3 month period of making 20 plus attempts, no one ever answers the phone. I sent several emails with no replies. I finally contacted California BBB. They have been trying to contact the company for the past month. Their updates to me is they will not respond to them either. My credit card company has opened a fraud investigation and credited my account. Save your time and future headaches by finding a different company to do business with."

"It frustrating that I blame myself for buying without checking how reviews before using their website. Ordered and paid 8/20. Sent two emails to two addresses they provided and both were returned saying that address didn’t exists. Opened two separate tickets and left a comment on their website to no avail. I had a pretty large order that cost $138.01. It’s a very **** feeling that you can’t trust online companies hardly anymore because of situations like this. "FAKE site, they do not mail what you pay for. Phone number a non working number, fake business name. They operate under Blueberry Corporation in California but there is no such company. I ordered samples over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. I called the phone number listed on my order confirmation email as well as the number listed in the Paypal transaction. Both say the number is not in service. Now I see that it is apparently a scam company and no one gets their orders. I am disappointed and appalled that Paypal continues to allow payments and be affiliated with this company.
UPDATE
I originally gave this a 1 star rating, but I am updating to 3 stars since I finally received my samples one month plus 1 week after I placed my order. I started a claim process through PayPal and I surprisingly, I finally received the samples. I am happy that I didn't have to finish the claim. The samples are exactly as I expected. They were well-packed. I only wish they had a working customer service number and that they shipped about a month sooner. Otherwise I'd give them 5 stars. "

"There perfume is "real", but their customer service "stinks"! After receiving my order of 4 samples of CK perfume I tried one of the spray viles which did not work. So after trying the next 3, they also did not work.
I wrote to the company thru their customer service area explaining the problem. NO RESPONSE other than automated.

I have checked their reviews and find their ratings are low.

"I placed an order with MyPerfumeSamples.com over six weeks ago. Even though website indicated order completed, come to find out two weeks later it hadn't even been shipped! After numerous communications and 3+ weeks later, I finally got 4 of the 5 samples I ordered and paid for. I immediately contacted via ticket and separate email to let them know an item was missing from my shipment and asked them to send it to me immediately. (It was a $4.95 sample.) I sent several followup tickets and emails but still no response and no product! Customer Service is nil with this company! I only wish i had read the reviews and complaints about this company before placing an order with them! Most of the reviews warn that this company is a scam and customers lost money trying to do business with them. Please consider this another warning about their lack of customer service and poor business practices. "
