"I have tried to contact their support and talk to a person, which is not possible. All you can do is email or leave a message. Just took my payment over two weeks ago....nothing ever shipped. USPS shows that a label was created but never received the product from vender. Don’t buy frim here unless you like giving money for nothing."
"I was defrauded by them recently as well for $35 and after not receiving a response to my email to them I decided to google them only to find others with the same issue.
Don't stand for it!
Google "internet crime complaint center" and file a complaint with them.
They are a law enforcement unit for internet crimes like this.

"Some weeks ago I ordered a pocket-size spray bottle of cologne from this group, and, in due course, the bottle arrived. But it wouldn't spray--not a single spritz. So I emailed them and asked if I could return the bottle and have it replaced. Receiving no response, I emailed them again and again. Still no response. I then called them and left a message (since no one there would answer the phone). Still no response.
The next time you feel like offering this bunch money, just throw it out the window instead. It's quicker and easier--and it brings the same results."
"I placed an order on December 3rd, my order was finished processing and completed on the 7th with a shipping label made the same day. Weeks later nothing has been shipped or updated. I have left several messages, with no reply. I filed a complaint with BBB, and the California attorney general (where their "warehouse" is located) and FTC I suggest everyone do the same and file a complaint with those 3 resources, and disputing the charged with your bank. "
"I placed an order on Dec. 7th, 2018 and 23 days later the item still only has a shipping label created and has never been delivered to the USPS. I received one email from them saying sorry and here is 15% off your next order... Why on Earth would I make another order if the 1st one was never sent? I have sent 20 plus emails and several messages on Facebook and Twitter and have not heard back from them. I have put in a claim with Paypal to try and get my money back. "Placed an initial order which was shipped and arrived in good time. I ordered twice more within a couple of days time for items I intended to use as stocking stuffers. All I have to show for over $35 is tracking numbers that say the shipping label was printed........items were never sent. No response to several emails I've sent in the past 3 weeks. I have put in Paypal claims. I'm surprised that Paypal still does business with scam artists like this now that I've seen all these reviews. "

"I recently made a purchase from this company and when I got my conformation email items had been added to my order that did not show in my car when I was placing my order. I checked my pay pal account and the amount charged was DOUBLE what I had ordered. I contacted them within an hour of of placing my order but did not hear back from them for 2 days, they informed me my order had "already shipped" and they could not make any adjustments to my order and they do not do returns."

"These samples were compared to Department store bought perfume. A complete fail. They smell nothing like the original perfume. I had other individual smell it and they totally agree. I contact customer service and they stated that perhaps my department store perfume was a old batch. Who are you kidding.... I went straight to the perfume counter to compare each samples, even the clerk laughed....Anyway, buyers beware..."
