"These are so tasty and healthy. We love them, not only for snacks but for meal replacements too. My local store can't keep them in stock long enough. They
sell like "hotcakes" :-) At my house, a day without our power pancakes is like a day without sunshine. We eat them right of the refrigerator, or warm them in the microwave. I've also heard that they are great toasted. Everyone I talk to about this wonderful product are just as in love with them as I am. The Organic ingredients are superb. I can't think of any thing else that would compliment these power pancakes any better. Please don't change your recipe. I am on a somewhat self imposed special diet. I don't eat wheat, dairy or sugar. Plus being Vegan this helps me greatly with my weight control problems, as I have a tendency to gain weight easily and quickly.
