I purchased from their eBay site where the seller mark repeatedly called me a liar and a criminal and then goes on about how I live with my mom in her basement trying to hurt my feelings all it did was inspire me to stop this scamming company.

I purchased a VAPE from them supposed to be NEW and Authentic. I got it and its missing several things in the box along with different than listed stuff in the box. I wasn't really too upset about that till on the 3rd refill the device broke which led me to believe this is a FAKE PRODUCT. I contacted for a return and Mark gave me the run around saying if you send it out hell refund me but when I sent it he said that he couldn't refund me. Cause I had opened a PayPal case Which is completely bogus if you know PayPal as soon as a case is open it gives you the option to refund. When he noticed I opened a PayPal case he sent me this=: "I see you opened a PayPal claim. PayPal is telling me I need to respond by April 21. .. You are just wasting time. Send me a message after you leave positive feedback and I'll refund you right away. Otherwise you'll hear from me about the refund in three weeks. Last chance. You have my word."

So I gave in and left him a positive and now he still won't give me a refund.

My husband recently ordered some parts from them because they had the best price we could find. We recieved an e-mail confirming our order right away. The next day we recieved an e-mail stating that our product had shipped and should be to me in 5-7 business days, but there was no tracking information. I tried calling the number on the website, but it immediately went to a recording asking me to leave a message, which I did. I then sent an e-mail to the e-mail address on the website, just simply asking for the tracking information.

I waited a couple days and still recieved no responce, so I tried again. I sent several e-mails and called nearly every day for alomost 2 weeks, with absolutely NO responce. Finally I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and miraculously I recieved an e-mail from them the next day claiming that they had sent me several e-mails telling me that my product was backordered through the manufacturer. This was an outright lie! I never recieved anything except the e-mail that stated that my product had SHIPPED!!

I wrote back and asked my I had recieved an e-mail stating that my product had shipped if it was, in fact, on backorder. I never recieved a responce to that either. After the complaint that I filed with the BBB, the decided to cancel my order and refund my money, so now I have to find a more reliable company to place my order with. I can't believe how unreliable this company is. They do not return phone calls or e-mails, and outright lie to you... "
