However, 4 days after I placed my order i received a call from MyTVRemote.com stating that they needed to confirm my order. This was only to try and sell me more items. My order had already been confirmed via an e-mail from their company with tracking information. Now it has been 9 days and the status of my order is that it is on hold and that it should ship in about 3 weeks. I do not know why it is on hold but I will never order from this company again. Also, it is not easy to get a hold of someone from this company. You always get an answering machine. "

"Listed on their yahoo shopping site Sony TRV33 camcorder for $594, shipping $35. Sent them an email for a confirmation that it is US model with all accessories and original manufacturer warranty. Got a replay from "BS ****@****" (?) that yes, US model and an 800 number to order. On the phone they said, shipping $49. And it is in stock but the shipping takes 7 bussiness days and it takes 3-4 days more to "process". Said OK and ask them if I can still place the order online. This is when the guy says: oh, but you know, the US model is more, $642, you want the "grey" market one? With no accessories no warranty.
This is when I ended the conversation. Not what someone would expect from a 5 stars yahoo store!"
