"I've had some luck in the past with cent of style, so I ordered some sweaters, not realizing that in 2021, there was a slim-to-none return policy. Two sweaters were so thin that they were literally see throught. NOTHING like the were pictured AND they were much smaller than any other M/L sized item I've gotten. SO FRUSTRATING!"
"I ordered a grab bag of 6 items - 2 accessories and 4 clothing items. They arrived in 8 days which was pretty decent, but when I opened the bag I was very disappointed. The accessories were a set of three bangles and a set of 3 pairs of earrings -- sounds decent except they're unbelievably cheap looking. I'd expect to see stuff of this quality at the dollar store. The clothing items were a Tie-Dye tee, leopard print leggings, an oversized short sleeve sweatshirt, and a cardigan. Doesn't sound bad except that the hideously ugly, boxy sweatshirt has a hole in the sleeve, and the leggings are grossly miss-sized --- they are very baggy and they are REALLY ugly. The cardigan is a weird, ugly cropped thing with puffy sleeves. The Tie-Dye tee is the nicest thing in the bag - but it's just a t-shirt. What a waste of money. I had watched a couple video reviews of these grab bags before purchasing and they seemed pretty decent. Sadly, my experience did not live up to those reviews. Each item I pulled out of the bag was crappier than the last. Bummer."
"The receipt and website says one day shipping. Emailed yesterday to see when it was going to be shipped as it was day 4. The gal said in 7-10 days. No where on their site does it mention that. Only if there are delays or back orders....which there weren't in the size or style. If there are backorders then they need to put it like every store and Amazon on when it will be shipped. So basically their shipping policy and receipt is misleading. This is the first and last time shopping here."

"I purchased a sweater because an influencer I follow raved about it. It ended up being HUGEEEE on me so I returned it (even paid for my own return shipping of $7+ for the one small item). About a week later I received an email that I have received store credit for my item. I asked if I could have a refund instead and they said no they only offer store credit. This would've been nice to know before I took a chance on patronizing a new store. Never again! Hope it was worth the $26, guys."
"Ordered what I thought was my size. According to THEIR description. Received and they are either marked wrong OR I’m crazy. Put the size I ordered up to a smaller size and it was only SLIGHTLY larger when it should have been extremely larger than a smaller size.
They want ME to pay for shipping it back. Also the quality is AWFUL for the price. They are a small business but don’t care about customer service.

"First of all, they never pick up their phone. I called 3X during their posted business hours and got straight to voicemail. Second of all, I ordered 4 items and one of them was sized widely off--a small was a size 24 inch waist (despite it being listed as a 27 inch waist on the sizing chart). I contacted customer service via their website and after much back and forth and photo evidence, was offered TWO DOLLARS and FIFTY CENTS in store credit. Which did not cover the shipping that I paid for my four items!"

"I ordered two scarves from Cents of Style that were supposedly shipped on December 3. Today is December 20 and I still do not have the scarves. According to the tracking info they sent me, they should have been delivered to me on December 8, but it shows the package has been sitting in Denver, CO since December 12. I sent an email to them 2 days ago and have yet to get a response.
**I spoke to customer service today and they resolved the issue. They wrote it off as lost and offered me either reshipment or refund. I gave three stars because the issue was resolved."
"I ordered 2 scarves on the 3rd of December and it was supposed to be 1-2 day shipping minus time in the warehouse. I got notification that it was shipped a couple of days later. So I go to check the tracking details and there has been no activity since the sixth after they sent the information to the post office (from UPS).
Today is the 10th and the day is almost over. This company is slower than molasses in January! One of the items is a Christmas gift and I hope that if gets here before then. Another reviewer said that they prioritize Utah customers, well I don't live in Utah because it's... Utah. :-/ I will never order from them again and unless you live in Utah, I would strongly recommend that you don't either. I am also going to get my four bucks back for the unexpedited shipping. "
"I guess you get what you pay for. The blogger that I learned from Cents of Style kept RAVING about that FREE, FAST shipping. It may be free but I have found it is not so fast. And I live just a couple states away! Aparently it is only fast to bloggers and those that live in the state of Utah. Because that's one thing she said, if you live in Utah, they get it shipped out to you next day. So what does that mean to the rest of us? They leave our stuff sitting to the side while the ship all the Utah orders first? I've received things from the east coast faster then from Utah. At any rate when I finally, days after I placed my order, received my "just shipped email" all the tracking info has said since is that it is waiting to be picked up. So now that it is ready for shipment it is still sitting in the warehouse? Going nowhere? Yet again? And this isn't the first time this has happened. Ths will be my last order with this company. I can find some of the exact items on Amazon or Etsy for the same price or better and receive them much faster because they don't give precedence to their blogger friends and people in their home state. Thanks but no thanks."
