However, I think that the program is installed. All of my files have been updated to the 2019 version. Overall it was a very good experience. "

"I purchased the Windows 10 Home to replace an outdated Windows 7 Home Premium system. The down load information and activation key arrived within minutes and from that point everything I attempted went south. I followed the instructions to the letter but first the download "tool" to create a installation media on a usb wouldn't work so I called mychoicesoftware.com. Dave, the tech said I wouldn't be able to do that on my pc, that I would have to beg or borrow a pc that already has Windows 10, download it onto a USB there then transfer the USB to my PC and proceed. (Nice none of the instructions said that). Well, I did that and (I assume) downloaded the media installation since the stick now shows 4.5GB used and contains 9 files including a setup.exe file. Then I transferred the USB to the old PC and get an error message that won't let me continue, so I called mychoice back and talk to another tech (no name this time) and he tells me that I can't do what I'm trying to do. I told him that I was not a computer geek and didn't understand what he was saying so he said he'd send me an email with instructions and a video. Haven't heard a thing. Don't waste your money on this, take it to your local PC shop and pay them to upgrade, that's what I'm going to do; $89 lighter...Bob McFaul
