"I ordered my daughter’s Christmas dress from My Girl Dress. She wears a 4T, however, when I received it, it was HUGE! The description said “tea length” however it went down to my daughter’s ankles. I went on the website and was surprised and disappointed to see their very technical and unreasonable return policy. However, I tried to contact them regarding the mis-information, I did what it said to do and they would not respond to my attempts to contact them. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME. After paying the silly 15% restocking fee AND shipping back and forth, I was better off just taking it in to be altered. So I paid an additional $20 to get the thing shortened and ended up paying $81 for a dress that I have since found for $39 for the exact same dress on other websites. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and will not be ordering from them again."
