"Ordered a dress , shoes, hairband etc. for my granddaughter's 1st Communion. Over 10 days later I looked at my order status, nothing had changed. I then e-mailed customer service and they e-mailed back stating my dress was on back-order and they could not give a specific date as to when it would be available, another week goes by and I e-mail them again and they give me the option of changing the dress to one that they assure me is available . Checked my order status again and the order is still 'In Process". What the heck does this mean? I need this dress etc. for a specific date I ordered over a month ago. Their website is misleading when it says orders ship within 3 to 4 days, and customer service may reply within 24 hours when you e-mail them but that doesn't help ship the orders. I am very unhappy and wish I had not ordered from this site."
