"The sign arrives damaged. The customer service person was very apologetic and tried to help. I explained that the damage occurred as a result of poor packaging by the shipping department. The second sign arrived with the same damage. The customer service representative offered to send another sign, but I declined. I only wanted one good sign, not three damaged signs."
