"Bought a case, it arrived damaged, but having dealt with ups before, I just straightened it. Ordered 4 more (I really like these compusa cases -- they are uni8que) and they arrived after a short delay because of credit card problems. Everything looks good."

"I placed my order on November 19th, but the order was not processed until 8 days later. This was in part due to the fact that I ordered a black monitor, and they were out of black. I spoke with someone over the phone, and they said they had the item in white, and asked them to change it to white for me. They apparently did not do so, waited until they had a black version of the item, and then processed the order. The monitor arrived a day before the scheduled delivery date, however, the monitor has inversed colors on it in certain places, like "magnet marks". This was an open box product, but i was assured over the phone that the item would be in good working order, which it was not. I have now been awaiting an RMA request for approximately 1 week, with no response whatsover"

"I purchased a system from MyPCCity on Oct. 27, 2002 and was pleased with the fast shipping. But I never received an invoice for my purchase. I've contacted them through the website, as well as through every email address they have listed, several times. To date, I haven't heard from them. I purchased this system for use in my small business and now I can't even use it as a tax deduction because they won't give me a receipt. I also had some problems with the system. Just a few days after I hooked it up, the speakers blew. And after only a couple of weeks use, the letters on the keyboard pads are all rubbed off except for the seldom used letters. Thursday, the modem went out on the system! I'm back on my old slow system until tomorrow when I'll have time to install a new modem. Would I do business with MyPCCity again? Definately NOT!"

"i ordered a graphic card on sept 24. and not only was the site cheap, but they gave me 2 day air for .20 cents! what a deal! well they made me pay... not only was there a "address billing error" but they hadn't even comfirmed w/ me! so i had to call them up, and confirmit all w/ the bank by my self. so to not mess with any other problems, i went down to the place itself. there they had poo serverice, but i also had to pay the more, non-updated price, and shipping! but if i were to returned it, they would have made me pay the restocking fee, even tho it would only mean cancel the bill and recharing! horrible bs. unless ur gonna pick up from the warehouse it self, i dont recomend buying from here."

"Found the best price I've ever seen for a LCD that supports both analog and digital (DVI), but wasn't sure they were ever going to ship. Promised several times that they'd ship that day... 3 days later, they shipped. Product received in great condition and did get a great price."
