"Built my new resume on the MyPerfectResume site. Got to the very end where I needed to subscribe to their service to gain access to what I just created. Signed up for the one year program. Received confirmation email. Go to my account to retrieve the resume I just built and it was not saved. WHY did I just spend 90 minutes creating this document if your system wasn't going to save it for me? Called customer service and "Alex" spoke horrible English and had no idea why the new resume I just created wasn't there.

Now I have to rebuild the resume again. Total frustration and disappointment! Should I go ahead and just cancel now and save further frustration? "
