"I ordered a phone case. They sent me a case that was not the one I ordered. It didn't even fit my phone. I submitted 3 emails to their Customer Service section on their website and received absolutely no response. I'm just going to give the case to Goodwill - it's not worth the postage to try to send it back and get my money back, because they probably will keep the case and not refund me.

"I received an acknowledgement of my order and they charged my account on Jan. 23. A few days later they emailed me that my order was shipped and included a link to a USPS tracking number. That number was totally invalid according to the USPS! I tried 3 times to contact the company over the next 6 weeks, with no response whatsoever. Last week I notified my bank that I am disputing this fraudulent transaction, and they have credited the amount back to me while they investigate the situation. At this point it's not about the money (we're only talking about $13 here), I just want the crooks at myphonecase.com to shut down this scam of a business and go find honest employment elsewhere. "

"Utterly horrible. I paid extra for USPS Priority Mail delivery. Five days later I received a message giving me a postal service tracking number, but when I checked the USPS website I got a message saying the delivery label had been created but it had not been delivered to them. Two days later I got the message again but the Post Office had no record of receiving it. Finally, on DAY EIGHT, I sent the company an angry e-mail demanding that they ship within 24 hours or I would contact the police to file charges against them for fraud. The next day I received text messages telling me that my order had been shipped and it arrived that same day.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS."

" Ordered 1/26/18 . Received email confirmation of order after a few days, received shipping notification a couple days later. Sent through USPS looked legit had tracking #. The tracking # never worked, after another week of waiting I sent emails to the company, they never responded. Then I got a notice from my Post Office on 2/12/18 that I had a package waiting for home delivery but it had postage due. I showed them that I had paid for shipping but it didn't matter because they never paid to ship it. So I paid for shipping again.
