"Explained that I was having problems with Microsoft mail merge. They said "no problem" $109 and we will get it fixed. They connected me to a technician who knew nothing about mail merge. Didn't even understand the concept of mail merge. Spent two hours of my time with him on the phone (no progress). Uploaded a repair (which didn't help). Then when I asked for a refund, they refused to restore my machine to the way it was before they started working. They stated the only way they would continue working on it is if I paid.
