I bought their reseller package and made a business called XenHost, it started coming to a crawl when my website would take over 20 or more seconds to load completely.
They only have 1 server with no dedicated ip's. I ordered ssl and dedicated ip which I never got, I requested my money back for the reseller account I have because it's so slow, I never got my money back, it's been over 11 days. Live chat will tell you to open a ticket, don't. It's not worth your time, you'll just never get the refund. The support is very crappy here, it's leased out to abunch of indians.

"I was looking to change hosting companies and came across myresellerhome.com. The company offered everything I needed for a much lower price than the company I was currently using for my hosting. The second reason I decided to try myresellerhome.com was because they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. I didn't think I could go wrong; however, I was wrong. Within 3 days of creating and paying for the hosting account, I started having trouble. SUPER slow loading on cpanel, domain names, errors on wordpress sites. I think there were about 5-7 issues in all. I tried to speak to the chat rep but when he started working on the problem, more problems showed up. I told him I wanted a refund as per the money back guarantee and, finally, he told me I needed to submit a billing ticket. I submitted the billing ticket and the only response I received was:

The money back guarantee requests began on 2-18-2015. I have contacted the company 9 times through the support ticket without further response. I have gone through PayPal's dispute department but they do not handle intangible goods.
