"I was attempting to order 144 mugs for my business. I had a question, so I tried to get in touch before buying online. Sales voicemail, email and chat are useless. Have put in my number, never to receive a callback. Left several voicemails, no callback. Email, no reply. Long queues, no one calls me back, I finally put through the order online and never received an email regarding my order.
I finally reached someone on the phone in 'accounting' to find out when it might arrive. I was told 3 months. I needed it in 3 weeks. I asked the accounting person to cancel my order and send me an email receipt. I received nothing. I am now on hold, awaiting accounting again. Oops! I was just forced to voicemail. And on it goes, WASTING MY PRECIOUS TIME. "

dropped an email, no reply
called the number, got bounced to 3 different people
Mr C your order was not processed as you never signed off on the proof
( I told the gal, proof was never sent, she apologized and read text over the phone twice)
She red flagged the order as a High Priority
March 1st No pens
I call and email
no one
nobody replied
*crickets
So I tried again
Oh so sorry Mr C, but red is back ordered through June
1.
No one ever mentioned that in previous calls or emails or when I placed the original order
So I selected an in stock Color on Friday March 19th
he assured me they wold be a HIGH Priority and shipped soon
I assured him, that If they were NOT received by March 30th, I would call and cancel and expect my $100 returned that Myron has has since January 27th
Mr C I understand completely, he offered me a $10 gift certificate on future orders , I replied me ever ordering again was not likely, how about throwing in 25-50 pens for FREE for the 60 day lag?
He left the phone conventioneer for the 2nd time to check with his boss,came back several minutes later and offered 10 free pens
( okay thats soooo much better)
I thanked him for owning my situation and trying to resolve it, Ill be content once they arrive.

The pen does indeed look like a gift , feels weighty like a quality pen, and writes nicely
