"Placed an order and never received an update. Called customer service and was told that you don’t have the product and won’t for a few more weeks, and product won’t be shipped until “early January”. This should have been dealt with proactively, even if just by email.
And interestingly, you were able to send me this request for feedback almost immediately, long before you were able to ship."

"Placed an order for ink pens on 11-29-2020 and was told a rush was put on it and the pens would be shipped on 12/9 and I would receive them on 12/11. I talked to Ron and he flat out lied to me. When I called to see why they hadn't even been shipped I was told they didn't have them in stock and wouldn't get any in stock until 12/18. Who know how long it will take them to get printed and shipped. This is the first time I ordered from this company and I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied. I feel I'm really getting the run around and it's very frustrating when you can't trust what they tell you. This situation is very upsetting because I told them it was a Christmas gift and I needed them by Christmas and was told that would be no problem. I think I made a very bad choice with this company and would not recommend them to anyone."
