"I needed to replace my drivers side mirror. I gave them my VIN# along with my make model and year and $70 for the part. They sent me the wrong mirror for the wrong year. I took it out of the box once to look at it and email a picture of it back to them, and sent it back, which cost me $20 extra to send it to a PO box. They got the package and said, "THE MIRROR IN THE PICTURE IS EXACTLY WHAT I SENT YOU..I OPENED THE BOX AND LOOKED AT THE MIRROR MYSELF....ALSO THAT ISNT MY LABEL...HMMM..TELL YOU WHAT SEND BACK THE WRONG MIRROR AND LET ME LOOK AT IT....I WILL ORDER ANOTHER IN THE MEAN TIME" Nope, that didn't happen. They LIED, LIED, LIED! And i was out $90 and still without a mirror. They didn't even send me the wrong one that i paid for back to me."
