"The vase was great but the engraving on it was very bad. First one I received was smudged and part of the lettering was unreadable. After a short issue of pictures of damaged engraving, another vase was sent.
The engraving on the 2nd vase was very faint. I was on a time frame for the Memorial Service for my brother so went with the 2nd vase. Would probably never order another vase. "
