"The product is exactly as ordered and the proof was provided in a very timely manner. There was a slight mix-up in shipping. It was corrected, but because it required that I make an inquiry, I didn't rate the transaction with all 5 stars."

"The wording on the guests bags were smaller than expected. We ordered gold bags with light pink writing and between the size of the writing and light pink color it doesn't stand out. I put a request on the order to let us know if they thought a different combination was needed and didn't hear anything back.
Also, we put a bottle of wine, 2 small water bottles and a couple snacks in each bag. I had to use cardboard to reinforce the bottom because I was afraid the bottom would bust.
