"We ordered love letter box. While we were pleased that myweddingreceptionideas replaced the box 3 times, we still ended up with a box that did not lock. Two boxes would not lock, one was scratched and one had black marker marked on the side. My husband and son-in-law "fixed" the lock and switched the lid with another bottom to make a semi-perfect box. Were disappointed as we had to finally accept what we had as the wedding date arrived. Beautiful box. Just wish they would have checked it over before sending--three times!"
