"I wish I had found this website before I placed my order. It's only $60.98, but they way they do business is wrong. I have been trying to get a refund since Feb! The first bluetooth I received was defective. Customer Service convinced me to let them ship another one. The next one was dead on arrival. I sent that back also and have not heard a word from anyone. The recording was last updated in March! I'm out of $60.98. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and hopefully this won't happen to anyone else."

Poor communication. Did not respond to pre-sales inquiry regarding what was included with the item (I wouldn't have ordered myself at that point - a friend ordered for me as a surprise gift to replace a lost Boost Mobile handset).
Did not receive shipment tracking information until the day product arrived.
Product was dirty out of the box.
Factory resets had not been performed. The device was populated with a previous owner's data.
Product had a hardware issue out of the box (handset speaker did not work, could only talk on the phone using speaker phone feature). Luckily, I'm an IT technician, so I was able to repair it myself so as to avoid further dealing with this company.
Tried to phone customer service upon discovery of defect. Line rang 6 times, then an automated message tells me that nobody is available to take my call. The voicemail box is full and will not accept further messages on a back-to-business Monday morning. Tried calling through the sales line, same result.
Conclusion:
Avoid these people like the H1N1 virus they should rename themselves after.

In assembling this phone,the battery was not a Samsung battery and the battery did not even fit into the phone. "I ordered a Bluetooth headset at a price I should have known too good to be true.
I received the item relatively promptly but when I opened it, I discovered it was used. There were obvious small scratches all over it and the earpiece had dirt in it and a yellow tint to it (eww!!).
I emailed their customer service with my complaint and received an unhelpful response to submit an RMA request (I thought I just did?!). I submitted the request and never heard anything back. I then sent another email to Customer Service and was told to call their office (both of which were long distance numbers). I tried calling the numbers provided several times but each time I got a voicemail which stated that it was full. I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed."
