They offered free shipping too, which usually means, "hurry up and wait", but that was not the case with NIWIRELESS. My order arrived in JUST 2 days!! "On 4/24 I ordered a Jawbone 2 headset using Google Checkout, on 5/5 I hadn't heard anything, so I tried calling, their voice mail was full, so I sent them an email, never got a response. On 5/7 I canceled my order through Google Checkout. On 5/11 I got an email telling me my order had shipped, and my CC had been charged. Tried several other times to call them, but some of their numbers are disconnected, and no one answers the other numbers. This company is not legit!!!"

"I ordered a NEW Motorola MPX 220 from them, yet received a HEAVILY used one. It was even missing a screw cover on the screen of the phone. I have put in an RMA request but they can forget about me paying to ship it back, because they sent me an obviously used phone and that is NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. I have already talked to my bank, and if this issue isn't resolved to my satisfaction, they are reversing the charge from N1 (gotta love a hometown bank). I agree with the previous post about the fact that the positive posts are all too similar to be real. This company doesn't even ANSWER their customer service number, so there is no way that anyone leaving a review has actually talked to them. You can't leave a message because the mailbox is always full. This is DEFINITELY a company that is making money in a fraudulent way, and I will be making reports with both the FTC and the BBB as soon as N1 contacts me about my RMA request. I will be letting the FTC and BBB know that N1 is charging people to replace equipment that is represented as new, but is not in reality. I would NEVER make a purchase from this company again, and I would most definitely not recommend their services. Anything that they reply/add to this post is, in fact, a lie. "

"I'm completely disappointed. I ordered 2 Motorola Rizr phones on April 16 and received them on April 23. One was fine but the other one, a "deluxe package", was clearly been used for a while. The packaging was badly worn, the cell phone had dents and scratches and the lid of the battery compartment didn't close. The battery looked used and old as well. Same night I sent an email to n1 customer support and next day I left a message on their answering machine. Mean while I called at least 15 times all 3 different number they have and I could not speak a single time to a living person. You get only the automayic answering system. On April 27, still waiting for an answer, I tried to request an RMA on n1 web site. After putting in the order ID I got the message "RMA not available-10 days redemption period expired". I called again and left another message on their answering machine. Few minutes later I get the first email from them apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to call them on one of their 3 phone numbers. I sent another email and left another message explaining that it is impossible to talk to anybody by calling their number.
Nobody got back to me by now and I sill have the old scratched and dented cell phone being unable to get an RMA number to send it back.
I hope a lot of people read this review because I feel it is impertinent to let customers pay money for a "deluxe package" and then send out a used and broken product. Furthermore, this is not only the worse customer service I met shopping online for years, it is actually no customer service at all!
I just hope they will finally get back to me soon. The cell phones are for my kids and my daughter was crying the day she saw her new damaged phone."
