"HORRIBLE!! do not, under any circumstances, purchase a phone from this company. They do not say that phone is attached to an account that is delinquent. After several attempts, including watching their video on how to activate - still nothing. I bought 2, iPhone 8 Plus's.
I ended up having to go to the Apple store to buy new ones and am still trying to get things settled with this terrible company."
"I bought an iPhone 7 plus with turbo sim from them in June 2018. The phone quit working the end of July stating "No SIM" I tried to contact them multiple times with no answer and no response to my messages that I was able to leave. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have been back and forth with them for 2 months now. They are saying they will not refund because it has been over 30 days. The only reason it has taken so long was because I tried to contact them and they did not respond with the correct help and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt hoping they would get my phone working. They gave me a number to contact Steve and offered through the BBB to either get my phone working of they would give me a replacement. I still have never talked to Steve and they are not responding to BBB anymore. I am LIVID and had to go ahead and by another phone since I cannot be without. I cant even sell this one because it will not work. I had also purchased the 2 yr warranty but they are not honoring that either."
"I bought a "refurbished" laptop for my daughters birthday. I played with it a little and it seemed to work OK soN put it up. A few months later I gave it to her, only to discover that it doesn't charge. My daughter is upset and I am livid. It's too late to return this ****, but if I had a representative of N1 Wireless here with me right now I'd settle for giving him the beating of a lifetime."
"They only get 1 star So I can write a review. Took my money, never got my order. I emailed several times and only got an automated response. I called and there is no voicemail. When someone finally answered they asked me where I got the number yelled @ me and told me not to call back. Don’t do it! Filed a claim with my bank and I’m telling you. Don’t Do it!!! "

"I ordered an LG V20 from N1Wireless on AUG 12.
On AUG 13 I got an email from N1 that stated the phone was on back order.
On AUG 13 I emailed sales and support to cancel my order.
On AUG 21 I got an email that stated my phone was being shipped.
Aug 21 I again emailed sales and support to inform them I cancelled my order on the 13th.
On the 23rd the phone arrived.
I have called their phone number 347-240-290 more than a dozen times and the system always rings out and hangs up.
No one picks up the phone.
Their office is at 1425 - 37 street in Brooklyn.
I happen to live in Brooklyn and will try to stop in and find out what is going on.
I DO NOT recommend this company.
They make me feel like I was scammed."
"I order three different phones that were not available. They did send a notice saying the money was back in my account. It wasn't for 72 hours. Every time i called i was put on hold for a while then sent to a full mailbox & it hung up. The fourth was available, they took my money and...nothing. I created several tickets whichthey ignored & after a week the $$ was back in my account. Horrible, terrible company!"
"They have the lowest prices around on the most wanted and sort after electronics on the market. Saw a couple of reviews saying u can’t get anyone on the phone well that’s just not true. Have a little patience and you’ll get someone. By the way Steve is great and helps out with just about any questions u may have and is very knowledgeable about the gear they sell. I love N1 Wireless. Get gear for about 1/2 price of retail. Thanks again Steve as I’ve been shopping with N1 Wireless for several years now and if ever there is an issue it is quickly fixed. Exchanges no problem as long as it’s within the 30 days. Trust me u won’t regret shopping here and u won’t find better prices anywhere "

"I ordered my phone, then checked out the reviews. I felt sick to my stomach. But to my surprise I received the phone I ordered in 5 days, and everything is in perfect working order. When ordering they do not tell you if it's, new, used, or refurbished, but for the price I assumed it was one of the later, which it was, and in excellent condition."
"I hope after reading this that you all never purchase an item from this store. In Mid May 2018, I purchased an iPhone 8 with Turbosim for $525 from this store. The product did not work (Turbosim method did not unlock the phone). I was fine with this because I knew I could return the product. However, N1 Wireless was EXTREMELY slow and scandalous with the return process. Their customer service picked up on less than 20% of my calls, and I had to waste several minutes waiting on a representative with each phone call. When I finally got my return approved, N1 tried to cheat me out of my refund by claiming that they never received my return. Then, I had to call the Brooklyn USPS, who threatened to open up an investigation against N1 Wireless if they did not provide a refund. On that day that USPS got involved, N1 issued me a refund :). N1 is only popular because they sell phones for cheap, but I ended up buying a brand new iPhone 8 that works perfectly off of eBay for $500 (N1 was $525). You are much better off with finding cheap deals on eBays from reliable sellers than you are buying from this excuse of a retailer."
"Received iPad, didnt work, bad screen, wouldn't take a charge, it's a paperweight. Called to return for refund, ignorant customer service. Wife also contacted vendor was told they would send a new charging cable, they dont get it, ITS NOT THE CABLE, unit won't take charge, tried a cable we had. Units not tested before being sent out obviously. Zero satisfaction, will be expecting FULL REFUND, and prepaid return shipping. Still out almost $40 in duties shipping to Canada, should have read reviews prior to ordering...... Buyer Beware....."
