"I purchased 2 hoodies from this company and paid extra for 3 business day shipping on Oct 23rd so I could have them for the races this weekend. I noticed that it was stating that it would be here on the 1st (Monday), after the weekend. I called and they said there is a processing time before the order is shipped out from the warehouse. I paid more to get it there in one day and now it is two days later. My tracking says one hoodie will be here tomorrow (Friday). I will never use this company again and would advise anyone using it to not pay for express shipping because it is a lie!! I am just hoping that it is a quality product after all this hassle! "

"I tried to place an order for Chase Elliott championship gear right after the race. There was a 30% off sale going on. Placed my order and received an email confirmation. Then right after that I received another email saying they cancelled my order due to lack of information. So I tried 3 more times with the same result. Customer service was supposed to be open till 8 pm eastern. So I called and the wait time was 2 hours. Waited till this morning and called again. Wait time was 20 minutes so I waited. Someone finally answered but could barely speak English. I explained what happened and she did not seem like she was interested in helping me. Put me on hold and hung up. I called back and waited for another 10 minutes. Explained all of this again. She checked into it but had no answer. She told me to wait 3-4 hours and the problem should be fixed. I waited 7 hours and tried again. This time the championship gear is not part of the sale. I still tried to place the order anyway. Same thing it took my order than immediately cancelled it. I gave up and ordered straight from the chase elliott website. "
"I ordered a bubba Wallace car for my son back in April for his birthday! I was told it would be here by September. Then October 9th, then I was told it would ship October 16th. It’s November 2st and still no car! I called Thursday for a status update and was promised a phone call from a supervisor within 25 hours. Never happened! I called today and was told they cancelled the order Sept 28th because they oversold the car! Tell that to my son who’s autistic son and still waiting for his birthday present! You ****!!! "So I bought three T-shirt’s from nascar.com. My first issue, why the hell do I have to create an account to browse the shop? That’s stupid as hell. Next issues, I bought three shirts at the beginning of August, at the same time. Yet I only received one shirt so far. And the other two are scheduled to arrive several months apart from each other. Shouldn’t they all be shipped to one place? Next issue, I bought these shirts for my sons birthday. Well his birthday has already passed and the shirt I got him also doesn’t even fit him. Nascars online store and website is a complete and utter joke. I will NEVER buy anything from these damn clowns again. "Car received okay. Box wasn't in good condition. The headlights and the back lights were painted on. Which was a huge disappointment, as it was a present for my dad. We paid a 100 dollars for it, as we live in Europe. When I opened the hood to look at the engine, paint already came off. Bad quality. The cars are made in China, so it wouldn't surprise me if everything is shipped directly from there. Very unhappy with the company and quality of the item. "
"I ordered: Dale Earnhardt Jr. Fanatics Authentic Framed 15" x 17" Axalta Final Race Collage with Race-Used Tire From Dale's Final Race - Limited Edition of 188 in November as a Christmas present. Since only 188 were made it was to come with Authenticity Papers and it didn't. I reached out to Customer Service and got connected to Melita (by the way she deserves a raise), she said that they would be mailed separately. I got a post card that said go to the website to verify authenticity. I got to the website and put the code on the hologram in and it came back as not found. I reached back out to Melita and she asked me to email pictures of the product, which I did. She called me and explained I needed to register the hologram id online, which I did. Then it occurred to me that I may be able to put a bogus number in that site too, which I made one up and it came up "thanks for registering your hologram." It didn't even have the item I ordered, the products were generic. I asked her where we went from here. First of all on the picture the number 77 (was handwritten) out of 188 (which was typed), I found that odd.
Melita did everything she could to help me and went above and beyond but there was nothing else she could do. I want to first of all say that Melita is an asset to your company and deserves a raise.
Now to get to my complaint, my husband loves Dale JR and it was his last race, I want authenticity papers as it was stated online and be sure that this isn't some bogus bull crap that someone hand wrote. I ordered it on the official Nascar page. I am not a happy customer and would like resolution asap. My email address is ****@****.

"I ordered a Kyle Larson t-shirt for my brother for Christmas. First, it came in the wrong size. I don't have an issue returning it and getting a replacement of the correct size, but the replacement came in and the graphics on the shirt were less than half the size of that advertised in the picture on their website. I'm very unhappy with how the shirt looks, and definitely would not have ordered it had I known that they falsely advertised how the shirt actually looks. "
"Do Not order from the NASCAR superstore! Their customer service is horrible and return policy is a joke. I received a sweatshirt in the mail with no paperwork in the bag... no receipt saying where the item came from, who sent it, and especially no return label. The item was a very small women's XL. After googling the shipping label address I found the superstore, called, and after 30 minutes on hold, they could not do anything without an order number. I then had to guess who sent me an early Christmas present and ask them for the purchase info. Called back, waiting another 45 minutes to talk to a person, they said they would email me a return shipping label in 24 to 48 hours. Seriously, it takes them that long to send an email?!? After waiting 3 days for it, I called again and they said their return department was very busy and it should come within 3 more days. Uggh! Two more days later I finally received the return label via email and filled out the paperwork to receive a gift card as a refund since the item was a gift. Waiting patiently for 3 weeks, I finally called them again to see the progress of the gift card and learned that they ignored my request. They credited the purchasers card $42.49, on an original $54.98 purchase (deducting the original and return shipping). What a waste of time and effort! No offense to the purchaser, but all I received for Christmas was a headache and frustration! I will never make a purchase from the NASCAR.com Superstore! Their website says they are affiliated with fanatics but the customer service rep said they are different companies. I have purchased from fanatics for years and have never had an issue. I hope fanatics drops the superstore or fires their customer service. "
"This company is VERY Shady! I ordered some items for my son for Christmas on December 11. The items were listed to ship out in 3 days however that did not happen. What did happen is this company took my money on Dec 11 and all I got was 30 to 45 minutes of wait time when calling them for 4 days in row checking if my items had been sent out to me. Each time I called I was told that the items were being processed & a shipping number would be emailed to me the next day. Never happened. I was finally told on day 4 on a second 35 minute hold time that the items would not be shipped on Dec 24."
