"I ordered a pair of shorts and returned them. After that i had to send 5 emails to get my money back. I don't truysten these guys anomore.
It's a pity, because they sell nice stuff."
"The item was received with no problem. If there is an stocking issue with the item, you will receive follow-up calls. Also, if you have further technical questions about the product, the customer service is attentive and willing to offer information and suggestions. I will be visiting them again for another buy. Special thanks to Mr. Tek, by the way."
"I have placed two orders with them - Both times item was in stock as promised and item went out same day. In fact, one time their GROUND shipment arrived before a high priority item I ordered 2nd day air from NEWEGG! Vary courteous phone support - answered quickly. Prompt and attentive on e-mail both times."
"Watch out for these guys. I bought a motherboard that had stability issues (problem with POST) and some of the jumper pins were bent. Board was returned; they claimed there were no problems and were going to charge a 'problem not found' fee. Found out they tested the board with slower CPU and memory and wanted me to ship my processor, memory, and video card. They refused to send me a new board so I ended up getting a refund (but 15% restocking fee was applied). I ordered the same motherboard from another company and it worked fine. Notified NEXT International of the board issue saying that I should get a full refund but they never responded to my email.
I'm disappointed in this company and will NEVER do business with them again. "
"Excellent service. I was nervous at first being that they are more geared for B to B service, but everything went great. Jimmy was extremely helpful and knew what he was talking about. I needed my stuff fast and they delivered. Without question I will use NEXT International again (and will ask for Jimmy). I ordered two servers to use as a rendering farm. Jimmy got me a quote using the componenets I wanted, within minutes. I then ordered and recieved my servers in record time. I also like that I was not charged until the servers shipped."
"This has to be one of the most terrible transactions I have ever experienced from any company. So many things went wrong, the ball was dropped by them but it was at my expense. Check the return policy as they have the right(and use it) to deny it for ANY reason. Customer service is almost non existent. If you don’t believe me, call them and find out for yourself."
"In short, my experience with Next International was absolutely terrible and I would never recommend their company to anyone.
Now, on to the details. I ordered a Viewsonic monitor on 1/12/05. I was told the monitor had shipped the next day, but 3 weeks (!) go by with no sight of this monitor and no response to e-mails until I am told by Brock (who was actually very polite) that they lost it.
So far this is not so bad, as they promised a new one would be shipped immediately. And I did receive a new one promptly, (About 2/7/05) the problem was that this monitor was clearly refurbished and suffered from a variety of obvious flaws (big grey spot in the upper left hand corner, sticky buttons, vertical white lines in the center). There was no response to e-mails about this so I called up Bob in customer service. Bob was extremely rude and not at all helpful. Finally, after much sighing and irritation on his part, he e-mailed me an RMA form that I was supposed to fax back.
I filled out all of the necessary paperwork and shipped the monitor back via UPS on 2/10. Finally on 2/22 the still rude Bob informs me that there is, in fact, nothing wrong with the monitor. But he will still try to give me a refund. Many weeks pass with no refund nor any response to my e-mails.
About 3 months (on 4/7) after the initial order was placed I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Next International maintained that the obvious defects in the monitor were non-existant and refused to refund the full amount. (I got back $161 out of $278, not including shipping) This monitor was clearly defective, but unfortunately I have no way to prove it. I wish I had taken a picture or something.
Avoid this company at all costs. Just go to Newegg. "
" I purchased a Microsoft Intellimouse and some very high quality notebook memory for my Compaq Presario R3000Z Athlon 64 notebook computer. I've ordered from Next International before and have always been impressed with their no-nonsense professionalism and eagerness to help the customer quickly!
The memory install was perfect and the mouse works great... I couldn't be happier. I will definitely order from them again for my next computer related purchases. Thanks www.neqx.com!"
"My previous rating was supposed to be for another company, NETX International, NOT NEXT sorry."
"Order shipped correctly, on time and in good condition. Box was in good condition but smelled very, musty....strange. No damage at all to the Supermicro case that was in the box though."
"I bought an ASUS A7M266-D w/two MP CPUs and reg. memory from these folks. When, a few months later I needed help while installing a second drive, they were very helpful. Had to take the box in, and the very next day it was ready. The problem was that I'd misinterpreted the manuals regarding power plugs. The box was redone so profesionally inside, it was edifying. Thru the dozens of boxes built after my first mobo, -on which one had to resolder stuff for updates and Bios chips pulled out to be reburned in eeprom burners-, I'd been through a few mail-order outfits as well.... The no-nonse professionalism and their command of the tech stuff of these guys were better than any I can recall. All that for very competetive prices, and available even for an end-user like myself, to boot... With a duallie like this, which is at least two generations newer than my last, I got extremely lucky with my choice of a vendor. Excellent, excellent stuff..."
"I recently purchased an ASUS V8420 Deluxe graphics card from Next International after seeing it advertised through pricewatch. Since I live pretty close to their location, I opted to pick the card up myself rather than pay for shipping. After getting the card installed, I had severe system problems develop and even after much troubleshooting, I was still completely baffled as to what was causing the problem. I finally decided to RMA the video card with Next International. When they tested the card, it worked just fine, but instead of stopping there, they offered to help me figure out what was causing the problem. With there excellent support and knowledgeable and helpful associates, my computer is now working just fine with the new video card, and I must say I couldn't be any happier with the experience. I will most certainly be buying from Next International in the future."
"I ordered a Samsung SyncMaster 181T monitor from Next International to go with a system from Monarch Computer. They came up on Pricewatch.com as the cheapest vendor (at the time) with good ratings from this site. My only complaint is that you cannot get an accurate shipping price online. When I called Customer Service they were friendly and quickly answered my question.
The monitor was delivered in a less than a week with standard shipping.

"My company went with Next on an internal recommendation, after a torrid love affair with cheap cow boxes. We picked up a shiny rackmount dual-athlon baby from them, on a Tyan 2466-4M based 2000+. A Gig of RAM and a 3x18 Raid5 (Adaptec 2100s) rounded out this bad boy. It arrived in reasonable time, and seemed to come up with only one CDRom boot problem. The service guy I spoke to - repeatedly - knew my system and suggested a few ways to hopefully fix it, but I suspect it's a bogus Tyan BIOS and I'll wait for their cdrom-boot-fixing beta version to Go Gold before I get it. Using a floppy to install my OS (I'm a big boy and didn't cry) was the cure for me, and I think I'm going as of late last night. It's a wonderful unit, seems to work reasonably well for the hour I beat on it (expect athlon-on-athlon hot build action today) and I'm confident that, if I have a problem, their tech will have some ideas. I've got a new system, and I think I have myself a new favourite company."
"Order complete system previously. I ordered a Tyan S2466-NM, 2 AMD MP 2000+, 2x512MB ECC PC2100 memory, and a high-end workstation case with 430W PS. Everything arrived ontime and in good condition. After 3 weeks working with Tyan, the MB still doesn't work with my FastTrak RAID card. Problems have included; inability to boot with ATI Radeon VE, unable to load FastTrak BIOS, unable to see CDROM. I finally gave up, Next will only give me about 66% of the retail price back as a credit, but at least they would take it back. I have ordered a Dell workstation and will sell the system with a regular HD on EBay. Next tech support was helpful and responsive, as was Tyan, but neither could get a good resolution. I feel I shouldn't have to lose $500 because of defective products."
