"Recently, i've pre-order of Premium Edition it took me one month waiting in the mail i've call customer service and the sale representative told me called back in the next 1-2 hrs but they never responded me back suddenly i've called 3-4 time and they told me lost in the mail and gave me a wrong tracking number but completely sold out but i was completely furious and they send me a standard edition but i contact to the Headquarter told them everything the situation but they fixed everything after few weeks later finally i've got my Premium Edition in the mail. if you encounter the incident call NIS Headquarter they will fixed situation and they will send you and replacing your order just the way you like it."
