NMicro ships from Taiwan, a fact that was not indicated on Amazon's web page for the product. If you click on NM Technology, you are taken to a page of their products. Then you have to click on another link that indicates:

"Please notice, all of our item shipped from Taiwan.
It's may take 7-14 business days. In some special condition, USPS (United States Postal Service) may postpone.
The worsts condition it may take 25-30 business days."

If I had dug down to this page, I would ordered from a domestic seller instead. As it happened, I received my order in 14 calender days and the product was in good working order.
