dealings, but in this instance I feel compelled. I am more than delighted
with the quality of service I have received from your company in general and
your representative, Jeff Short, in particular.
Jeff was not only personable, but extremely helpful. I just ordered the
Zalman ZM-RSF6 headsets and am delighted with them! He answered all my
questions quickly and professionally.

I was then almost "blown away" by the quickness of delivery. Since your
company is in Oregon and I am in a small town in West Virginia I naturally
expected it to take about a week...especially since we are in the midst of
the holiday season; however I received the phones just ONE DAY after I
ordered them...I did not even request one day service. You can be assured
that I will certainly order from you again in the future.

"I was talking to a friend about a computer I built and told him how I had ordered most of the stuff on the Internet. He told me about NWCA.com. I checked them out on the web and liked what I saw. I drove over to pick a couple of things up since I'm only 8 miles away from their store.
