"I ordered casing CM690 with shipping promo from NXSource. Due to the carrier error, the casing traveled three times across Canada, only to come three weeks following the order within the box in a poor condition. Not willing to take the risk of a damaged casing, the parcel was refused at the carrier's office, pictures taken and complete information communicated to the NXSource. The seller specified the condition of the box is regular, and no replacement was offered, as all the casings are shipped in the same condition. Only for the case was the refund issued, shipping charges were passed on the customer. In summary, a month of time, and the shipping charges lost. NX Source is crossed out of my list. "
