"I ordered a amplifier off line through jet.com. My order came fast. When i got my order, the amp was not in a box other than the box it was shipped in with a printed out manual. The item was scratch up real bad abd etc. It did not look like the amp that was advertise on jet.com. I could tell off back this amp had been through the dirt and back. I was willing to over look the scratches only because it was going into the trunk. I got it hooked up and the protection light was on. It was just battery, remote and ground wire. I did not get a chance to connect outputs nor speaker wires. I just wanted to make sure it worked because the packaging was kinda of weird and i never receive a amp that that was in that condition. It did not have the original screws to it. So i took the amp to a near by audio store to get it looked at and come to find out they sold me a defaulted amplifier. The amp was rebuilt and resold to me. I was sick to my stomach. Not only they have mislead me, i feel they tried to rip me by dumping a bad ampifer off on me because whoever packed this order seen thoses scratches and if they tested it, they would have known this amp was no good. I believe it was sent like this because i live across the globe. Upon purchase it did not state it would be used, refixed damaged goods. They presented this items to be new with a great deal but in reality it is not. It is false advertising. I have bought over 100 amps online. I do not get any gratitude for damaging stores reputation. There were several mistakes made on my order. This was my first time ordering from NYC electronics and will be my last. The amp was sent back asap. "

"Item did not include manual. Customer service is non-existant. Had to contact Amazon instead. Their website has no contact information, finally found an email address. Took days to get a response from them and they didnt solve my issue. Please DO NOT purchase anything from them. Box was also slightly damaged. Amazon is letting me return item at no cost after I spoke to them. Thank goodness."
