Same as all the stories below... Placed the order on Dec. 12 as a Christmas present (so much for that). In my approximately 20 attempts to reach them, I actually got one reply: "Did you not receive any of our e-mails? The item seems to be out of stock but will ship early next week, sorry for the inconvenience." That was 3 weeks ago. Strangely enough, the hoodie has been listed as In Stock the whole time. As everyone has posted below, the entire time it has been listed as "Awaiting Shipment". Obviously I should have researched NYShirt first and saved myself a lot of time and headaches. I guess I have to make a call to my credit card company to reverse the charges, and then... eBay here I come. Maybe she'll get her Christmas present in time for Valentine's day!"
"I bouht and got charged 50$ on the 31st of August. Received the mail of partial shipment- but after ALMOST 3 MONTHS nothing has arrived. I have left several mails and call to leave messages in an answer machine. Still not answer. I am about to report this company as scam in consumers fraud agency and will try a refund from my credit card company...I hope they got some goverment call and they stop scam on people. Never buy anything there...it is scam!"

"November 2010 I placed an order at this website. A little while later I received an email, my order was partially shipped and it arrived a few weeks later (I'm from The Netherlands). I thought I would get an email when the rest of the order would be shipped...6 months and several emails later I'm still waiting. I don't get any response from NYshirt.com what so ever... The shirts and bags were a gift for our daughter's birthday - that was at the end of March. We have never received our goods nor any reply to our 10 mails.
