The order history on their web site on the other hand said "confirmed" but to "pay now"? I'm disgusted with their customer service as I'd sent an inquiry email four days after I'd ordered the items asking when they would be shipping out, albeit no response. Six days after I'd placed the order, I receive an email stating the order was cancelled?! Needless to say, I wouldn't buy from them again or recommend. "

"I had no idea that this NY PC SHOP was not in the U.S. I kind of figured that the webmaster or developer had to be slightly ignorant or not too good with English words especially when I kept getting auto response emails ending "King regards" instead of "Kind regards" and the way "inquire" was spelled enquire. They also had a tracking number to use to track the package but it did not mention a carrier and that is when I found out that the Android tablet PC I ordered was being shipped from China via EMS. When I input the number, a message kept coming up that the number had to have the last two characters in "alphabet" then I put some in to try it, another message came up, the first two characters have to be "alphabet". So that confirmed it, the developer or webmaster didn't have the correct information on the ship nor did they elaborate on the website too much on ANYTHING.
I took the chance on ordering this "geek gadget" to see what it was like because I was reading the reviews of it on WOOT and found out it was a cheaper deal. Well, I know next time to do some extensive research before I decide to purchase something cheaper. However, until I get my merchandise, I have to say that I am very disappointed with this company because of the lack of information that they do not include on the site and being mislead to think NY PC SHOP was located in New York.
