"Ships incomplete preorders for a particular run many weeks later than available everywhere else, just about when stock is nearly sold out. When asked about the obvious discrepancy, he lies that the manufacture never built what I ordered so he doesn’t have to admit he forgot part of my order. Luckily, was able acquire the “never built” items from a few other reputable dealers that still had a couple left."
"Good , actually an excellent store"
"I ordered from Nscalesupply for two reasons: (1) they sold individual code 70 rails instead of requiring them to be sold in a bulk pack of 50. And (2) because their shipping wasn't outrageous like other online stores.
Their ordering process was a bit different. The website is setup as if its part electronic catalog, and part electronic order form. It reminds me more of filling out an electronic version of what you'd get from a mail order catalog than it does a true online store. Having said that, it was easy enough to figure out and navigate and place the order.
A plus is that they let me pay with PayPal. I've come to prefer this method as it limits the amount of people that my credit card info has to be disclosed to.
After completely placing the order it told me an error *might* had occurred and I should call to confirm my order. I've never seen a computer which thinks something *might* have happened, but OK. A few minutes later I got an email from Paypal, so I assumed all was well.
*REVISED* I didn't initially receive an email confirmation for my order. After placing a review here on ResellerRatings, the owner contacted me to make sure that the ordering process had taken place. It turns out Gmail had considered the order confirmations as Spam and moved them into a different folder.
The order arrived a week or so later, well packed with a packing list. All items ordered were present and accounted for.
Overall their online component could use some real polish, but their quick processing and accurate delivery is the important thing right?
