"We had a sample order made first for quality assurance as we are a start-up jewelry brand.
At first, it was okay and Miyo (of the sales manager) assured us about the quality of their jewelries and how they've been manufacturing sterling silver for more than a decade. He even said that their strength is in enamel. Then he said that the sample order will be done after 4 weeks after that, it can be shipped to us.
So of course, we proceeded and paid the sample order.

We constantly communicated with Miyo and ask for changes in the design as we saw that the design drawing was not accurately made. We reiterated the changes that needed to be adjusted to make the design elegant.

Days after deadline, we haven't heard from Miyo. He then told us that there was manufacturing delays and even said that they're having problem in realizing or determining the transparent enamel (wait, what? But you said earlier that enamel is your manufacturing strength but you can't determine the enamel to be used in the bracelet?!? Or it's just an excuse for delay?!?)

The manufacturing was overly delayed but still, we patiently waited. We had postponed all our marketing events and initiatives just to adjust with the delay as we constantly asking for updates from him.

Then we waited for the picture of the final products--only to see that the designs were wrong! Miyo did not made the changes we wanted, that it made the bracelet charm looks so cheap!
We address it to him and he just pointed out ''our faults'' and manufacturing mishaps that could normally happen in the process.
Now, he's blaming us like it's our fault when he's the one who obviously overlooked our project! He was so ''kind'' during online meetings and appear so accommodating, he'll assure you with all sugary words and would really be emphatic to you AT FIRST. But when he gets your money, you're done.

So for start-ups businesses--DON'T DEAL WITH NENDINE! "
