Worst customers service

"On Sep 2 at 8:20am I received the email promo from Natchezss which stated that Vertx Gamut 2.0 backpack is on sale for $122.66. But on their website it did not show this price and even with provided promo code it was $156.05. I sent an email question to their support on how to get the $122.66 price from my promo email. And they eventually responded that it was a mistak? on their end and there is no such a price. After that they did not offer anything else, so after some time I asked them if they gonna honor their promotion that I've got. And after a long chain of emails (I guess) and waiting periods on their end to consult with superiors, they finally responded (at 2:05) that they will honor it, but I need to call them to place an order. I called them as soon as I received that response. And the rep there took my order, added the backpack to it. I wanted to add to that order something else to save on delivery, but I wasn't sure what exactly, the rep said he is going to put the order on hold and I can call back later. I called back 15-20 mins later to finish my order and found out that those backpacks are sold out! Long story short - by the time they finally told me they gonna honor their own ad, the item that I wanted to buy since the very morning was already sold out. May be they even knew it was sold out so they agreed to that lower price. I don't know. What I know is that the email promo that I've got was a Public Offer and they should have sold me the item. But insted I've lost it during that sale. I wanted a decent compensation for my frustration and ruined Labor Day sale, but it appeared that at natchez they don't understand those expressions as well as the word DECENT. So their "effort" to resolve the matter ended up with offering an $15 compensation. Buyers, do not try to resolve through BBB, just leave a negative review right away. Because BBB now on their side. They say the business "made an effort to resolve". It is not an effort to say to a client "Either $15 or F off"

Good to do business with them again

"Back with them for another 9mm ammo order (started buying from them in Jan 2019) as they had a good sale on for factory ammo. Sold in bulk so I have to repackage into 50 rd boxes for my particular needs. Best part was ammo was available at competitive price, ordered on Mon and delivered on Thu in Texas. Need to check them out again for my next ammo purchase."

Many, many orders over the last 10 years

"I have bought tens of thousands of primers, many jugs of powder, and other shooting related equipment from NatchezSS over the last 10 years and have never had a problem. Now that components are scarce, their prices are reasonable and the only place that allows me to buy 5 or 10K of primers at a time to distribute the hazmat cost."

Liars

"I mistakenly ordered a cmmg mag conversion before I realized it wouldn’t work with the setup I intended so I call a guy answers and I told him that and asked to just cancel the order he said ok was fine hadn’t processed yet and now two days later they still charge me. Jerks I would have re ordered something else there but not now they wanna lie and steal"

Fast service, great prices

"I recently ordered 1000 .22lr rounds and was surprised at how great the service was. The shipment was sent timely and received in perfect order. The reason I went with Natchez was that they had prices that were half of what other retailers had so I was skeptical that it would be good. I was pleasantly surprised and will 100% order from them again!"

Terrible Shipping and No Customer Service

"Ammunition was ordered from Natchez and a badly re-taped damaged box arrived with bullets pouring out of the box onto the street, driveway and lawn, causing a significant safety issue for the neighborhood. The shipment was missing over 400 items. This being my first order with Natchez, I offered several options – replace the missing items, refund the money for the missing items or offer credit on a future order. Natchez wrote back and apologized for the inconvenience and stated the information has been forwarded to our customer service department and to allow them 2-3 business days to address your concern. One (1) week later, I called again and Natchez indicated they were unaware of the situation and to write to customer service, which I had already done. Natchez does not stand by their products, have quality control or assurance, know how to ship or package ammunition nor has trust-worthy customer service. The buyer has been warned – shop elsewhere!"

HORRIBLE Customer service- Incompetent Business

"I placed my order on a Thursday, it was shipped on Friday. I thought great! it was for two boxes of 500 rounds of .22lr. When I opened the box both boxes of ammo were broke open and spread all across the bottom of the shipping box. When I called to complain they asked if any ammo was missing. I AM NOT COUNTING 100 ROUNDS!!! So they did nothing! later I order some .22 WMR ammo. I figured what could go wrong? Well they got it shipped two days later! but it is now five days later and I have not received the order yet! But because it is listed as our for delivery they will do nothing! Customer Service at this place is useless!
I told them that I would never use them again and they said fine!!!!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHIPPING

"I placed my order last week and paid extra for 2 day shipping and it was supposed to be here yesterday. I never got a shipping notice or anything or anything saying it was running late. so I called today and the first person told me that they were running behind and that it was basically too bad. SO I asked for a supervisor they claimed he was not in his office and sent me to voicemail. I left a message in the morning never heard back from anyone so I called again in the afternoon and was hung up on twice then got the same voicemail they shipped it out today! No one cared to take the initiative to offer me anything for my trouble just the same voicemail and they said the other manager is out on vacation. I could have ordered from someone else and I have never not been told when something shipped etc. I will be also reporting them to the BB for poor and dishonest customer information."

No hurry

"I placed an order for a case length gauge and they charged over $11 shipping but used fedex-smart post. This means it’s a combination of fedex and usps. After waiting 2 weeks I emailed about the shipping service and was told this was normal! I’m still waiting for my item so if you need something soon don’t bother with this company! "

HORRIBLE Customer service- Incompetent Business

"After submitting my Valid ID and FOID card multiple times to complete an order.... I try to order again 2 months later only to be told that I must send in my Drivers License and FOID AGAIN-- that they dont have it on file- They have never sent me an order; After multiple attempts to convince any person of my previous orders and ask them to complete my order- I am talked to like im 5 and told without me submitting all my information AGAIN, they cannot complete my order. Even though I can prove the submission multiple times and an email confirming my previous orders have shipped etc... Im told that they have no valid record of me on file. Never ONCE apologized or tried to figure out what THEY DID WRONG , just insisting that if I want to order I will do it again if not each time as simple as that. NO, i will order where my business is wanted and I am respected. I do expect to be treated like an adult and not talked down to- Very disappointed to say the least; invoice and date below are from most recent order that they say didnt happen; todays date of 7/26/21 will obviously not have a transaction "

Poor customer service

"I ordered 1000 rounds of 9mm ammo and it was damaged in the process. I had to contact customer service myself to confirm they knew of the item not being delivered. They refused to ship another unopened box of ammo until they received the first damaged box which was still in possession of FedEx. The overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional and appeared to not care about providing good customer service. I would never buy from this business again and will be sure to let all my friends know about this experience as well."

Great shipping time but damaged ammunition

"I bought a 1000 rounds of Winchester 556 I split it with a buddy the box arrived with just a bag of loose ammo which I’m okay with that but they could have put some padding in there. After separating the ammo about 5% was visibly damaged and about 15 more rounds are damaged so bad that you wouldn’t be able to even use them. Just disappointed considering we paid 825 dollars for this ammo that I received any damaged is un called for. I was very impressed at first because it only took 3 days to receive the ammo to the house. "
