"This was the third order I have placed with National Pen (pens.com). The second order was cancelled because they were out of stock, and the third order was placed on Oct. 20, 2011 and I have to call 46 days later to find out these pens were back ordered... Not one call or e-mail. I asked for a confirmation on cancelation and she said they didn't do that, she could only offer that they noted it the system and sent an email to production. We shall see. Said I was going to take my business elsewhere and all she said was ok."

"We have been using National Pen Company for 10 years. They send a lot of emails (which I don't mind), and I enjoy using the sample pens they send somewhat regularly.

They almost seem like a fly-by-night corporation because of their advertising, but they're not. The pens are decent quality, and they are excellently priced, especially for pens that have our logo or our company name and web site on them.

Some of the pens are so reasonably priced that I print my personal Christian history web site on them and give them out to friends and people I meet almost like a card.

We have a couple favorite types of pens to order, and we have others we don't like too much. The favorites we order over and over. Quality's good, and service is decent.

They sell other things, too. Once we ordered mugs, and that was more complicated. My secretary had to call them two or three times because of indecision on our end, and they were patient and helpful."
