"Their website says they have it. 2 weeks later, while you think it should be delivered any day now, Madison will call you and tell you they didn't have it in stock. 2 weeks later you'll get a box with the wrong stuff.
BEWARE!! You do not want to deal with these people. The biggest problem is they don't understand what they're selling so you definitely won't get what you need. Then Madison will act like she's doing you a favor to return this part 4 weeks late when you needed the part they said they had 4 weeks ago.

"National Pump Supply has terrible customer service. They claim they never receive voicemails and were unable to cancel my order. I spoke with a representative on Wednesday, after shipment, and was told they would give me a full refund and pay for the shipping on the return package. Fast forward a week later, and this is still ongoing. At first, refused to give a full refund and now refusing the pay shipping. It's a complete headache and a merry-go-round I cannot get off fast enough. The GM, Tim, has absolutely horrid customer service skills and continually talked down to me and told me I never left a voicemail, insinuating that I am a liar. If you can, stay away from this company, it would be worth it to spend a little more money elsewhere with proper customer service and business morals. "

"Item took over three weeks to ship after my credit card was charged, and I received no communication from the company to explain my order status. Their website just said my order was 'processing.' Tried to contact them several times over the course of two weeks, but none of my phone messages or emails were returned. I thought I was going to have to contact my bank to get a refund. Finally got through to someone in the sales department (because obviously those people want to talk to their callers, unlike anyone else there). The salesman claimed my item had shipped a couple of days prior. Later that afternoon I received a shipment confirmation email from them, as though they had just shipped it after we got off the phone. When I received the item, it was the correct part and it was in fine condition. It is unbelievable to me that a company can sell such expensive items and then give zero accountability to their customers after my money is in their pockets!"
