However that was not the case, the manager gave me a hard time about returning their product worth $14. Also, they do not have the best selection or the best prices! "I loved shopping at Vitamin Cottage when I lived in CO and was glad to see that they had an online store when I moved East. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service from the website. It takes a week or more for my orders to ship and the shipping rates have been pretty high. They claim 3-6 days for shipping but it has been 9 days since my last order and it still has not shipped. I am able to get most products cheaper on other sites and they ship within 24-48 hours at lower shipping rates. Currently I only use Natural Grocers for my favorite bulk items and products I can't find in my area. "
