I called the customer service and had explained my situation that my husband was hospitalized with mutiple myeloma and had a stem cell transplant so I was staying with him and overlooked the date to submit returns. She assured me not to worry but to return the shoes and she would make a note to not penalize me for the few days over the due date. I returned the shoes and to my surprise, weeks later, they were returned to me with a statement that I was past the due date for return. So, not only did I not receive a refund on shoes that didn't fit, but was charged the return postage fee. I have a bad taste because of that and have boycotted Naturalizer since. I have a narrow foot size that is difficult to fit. I received a catalogue and against my better judgement, ordered two pair of shoes."
