"I like the reliability of the products. Size 9 is reliably size 9 and width is as advertised so I usually get what I expect to get. I also very much appreciate that the height of the heel is given because I know what works for me and what is too high or too low. so precision on this is very much appreciated down to a quarter of an inch, which you do. The quality of the shoes is uneven. I have now had a second pair of Naturalizer sandals split in half in the soles. Also, on two OTHER occasions, the products mailed have been slightly defective -- other discolored or poorly sewn so that the item hurts. It leaves one with a sense that you sometimes mail your rejects to customers hoping they won't bother to send the shoes back."
