After contacting Naturalizer CS they said they could not take shoes back because I wore them. The then concluded that they would send me free shipping label to send back. A month later I received back the shoes from Naturalizer with a canned letter stating they could not accept shoes because I wore them and they could not resell them. The issue of the frayed material that tore away from stitching was never addressed. Shoe repair said that I would need to put patch so that it would not fray further. Clearly defective."
