1. Shipment took almost a week...then for there own delay they asked for pancard details...which when was asked to logistic partner...they refused to ever asked for pancard details of the person whom the products been deliver...

2. Never informed that it's not going to be door delivery, without informing they schedule go-down delivery where I have to personally visit to pick-up the parcel...(if it's go-down delivery, it's their responsibility to inform or ask in advance)

3. When asked they simply said i can ask to shipping company...they will charge extra and do door delivery...whereas when asked to shipping company...they refused saying that it's a long process, and cannot be deliver until changes request be made from the person who have deliver the products and they were right at there part..."
