"I ordered some products and paid for the 2-3 day shipping. The product was shipped and it was listed as "undeliverable address" by the post office. So after almost 2 weeks of back and forth with the company and the post office, I finally got a full refund. I then re-ordered the products and they said I was "less than honest about my address" ??? and they would never deliver to me again because I wanted them to eat the delivery charges. These people are crazy, but they can keep the crazy and I'll spend my money elsewhere. "
"Some awful feedback here but they were one of the only places I could find that had a product I wanted to try with the wife. I called and talked to a woman at the company who told me the product was in-stock and available, and that I could get it in time for the weekend!
I ordered on a Thursday night and expedited shipping. Went out Friday and I received Saturday. Perfect transaction on my end, would purchase again"
"HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! FLOORED BY SUCH AN EXPERIANCE!!!! I am still beside myself! I have never and hope to never again experience such rude, ignorant, un professional "customer service" in my life! I was trying to order something for my sister in laws bachelorette party, at first had some issues ordering using my browser on my iPhone so I emailed and by the time I got the response I already switched to my home computer. The response said that, to switch to a PC not the phone. I told them that's what I did. I then gave then my transaction number to have them check my items for availability and an ETA, after all, that is what the website says to do. I was then informed that one of the four items I ordered was out of stock. When I emailed back I asked "what about the out of stock item, is there a shipment coming in?" The email I relieved back said and I quote "what do you mean what about the out of stock item???? It's out of stock"
Then trying to keep my cool I responded saying "yes I get that, is there an estimated delivery in the item that I ordered?" That is not an unreasonable question for an online order at all. I then received the response that my order was voided. I immediately asked if they meant just the item that was unavailable or my whole order. The response was saying the whole thing along with a "void" email. I was like scratching my head honestly, like what was so bad about wanting to know when I would recieve the order. Anyway like I said I was floored by this and I never requested a cancelation. The response back was a clip
of their agreement (I guess) claiming they have the power to deny or not accept anyone/order they choose to. After that I was worried about my personal info so I said just that. The response I got back was and I quote "your an idiot that's why we didn't take your order"
I order mostly everything online, I don't have much time to shop in stores and I have never EVER had such an experience in my life!!!!! I'm glad it happened so I can give someone else my business. "
"I contacted them several times to get a status on the availability of an item. They ignored my emails. So, I went ahead and ordered it, assuming it was available, to only have the order canceled after submitting all of credit card information. A customer service person was told their questionable business and poor communication makes for bad feedback/reviews. Would you know, the owner came back with a threatening email, bragging about all his money with the full display of his arrogance. He implied that he would sue anyone who would give his business a bad review. This person continued to send emails attacking character, despite not even knowing the customer. The people at that business appeared to have some serious interpersonal skills issues along with questionable business practices and the inappropriate emails. I am glad to see that I am not the only one has complaints about this company unethical and rude behavior.
I cannot provide an invoice number since my order was immediately canceled after placing them. Also for my protection, the merchant has made threats if any bad feedback/reviews were made about about their poor customer service."
"horrible customer service. This company although having some of the cheapest items on the net, have without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced. After misplacing an item in our order, they said they would send a replacement. It never arrived. After 3 months of emails, to which I get one sentence replies like "we sent the replacement," they have now just started ignoring me. If you use this site, pray they don't mess up because you won't get a refund. You won't even get and response. "
