"Placed an order in plenty of time for Mothers day, and it did not arrive, called this morning May 11 and was informed it has not even shipped. Got fifty million "I'm so sorries" from customer service but no satisfaction or offer of overnight service to rectify this. I will NEVER Purchase anything else from you again. This is horrible customer service, never even received an email that my order was delayed, instead got a bunch of lies stating that on their website it was marked that deliveries would be delayed due to COVID virus - there is no such writing on your website, again another lie. Your customer service ****!!!

"I should get a 19 inch flower instead I got 9 inch flower without the flowerpettals. Called and emailed several times but they didn't respond and one replied with that refund is impossible, because it is an international order. I will be more carefull buying next time outside Europe."
"The artificial cedar tree looks great. It was securely packed for shipping, and arrived without any damage. It also seems to withstand rain, sun and wind impact well, hopefully I will be able to have it outside for a few years."
"Items look nothing like photo's. Please save your money and shop elsewhere. If you have to return an item, the consumer has to track the entire process and contact Nearly Natural to let them know the item was returned to there doorstep before they will process a refund. Fedex tracking states pickup and delivery, but the consumer has to do their job, no customer service. Stated in email that it will be a timely process to receive a refund.
