"En Agosto de 2013 mi telefono samsung falló y dejó de funcionar, y segun el periodo de garantia que informan, es de un año con el manufacturador por lo que aun me encontraba en ese periodo ya que adquiri el producto en noviembre de 2012, pero necesitaba la factura original de compra a SAMSUNG para hacer valer mi garantia y la solicite hace mas de un mes, hablando durante ese periodo varias veces con ellos con la dificultad de hablar en ingles ya que solo una vez me contactaron con Sergio que habla en español, y hasta hoy NO he recibido lo que solicité, mi periodo de garantia expirara y mi telefono aun malo (muerte subita). Ademas yo no se si el periodo de un año corre desde que yo compré el telefono en negrielectronics o si desde que ellos compraron el telefono directo a Samsung, si es la segunda opcion ya me quede sin garantia."

Understand that I have only done business with online merchants like BHPHOTO who sets the highest example of online business. This is not a positive experience thus far, and have to respond to their now deceptive internet response to my complaint. If NEGRI was to redirect their efforts to rebuttal every complaint they might actually gain some respect in the market place. Here is was my issue summarized: Sunday 22nd I ordered a Gitzo GM5561T Traveler 6x Carbon Fiber Monopod, the website showed IN STOCK, Monday came and gone, Tuesday came and gone. I called on Wednesday to request and update on my order, I was looking at their website during the call and the item was still IN STOCK, while speaking to the PERSON whom I was requesting the update from asked me to hold, I couldn’t at this point figure out why, he had my order number, it should be pretty simple to simply check the status, so I guess I was on hold while he ran to the warehouse or something to check on it. He returned to tell me the item was backordered and they don’t know when it would arrive from HONG KONG. I told him the website still shows IN STOCK, then mysteriously it went to BACKORDERED. Bottom line from my experience is they use DECEPTIVE PRACTICES to keep the consumer from moving on to other merchants. I DID NOT order a phone and can’t comment on the 5 star ratings from other people. I place no merit in others positive experiences with online merchants, it’s the negative ones that people like me take the time to report so you DON”T GET BURNED like it did. It common courtesy to put a sign out that says WET PAINT, DO NOT TOUCH, I just put out the sign for you.
I would not go through all this effort to do this, but after reading there post below from my first review, they literally had wrote a LIE to somehow justify their incompetence. The item is still BACKORDERED and never would have arrived from their overseas distributer by FRIDAY even if they rented a Lear jet just for my order. What gain is there in dishonesty? Shall we all not account of our doings one day?
So I guess what happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas, even the promises of IN STOCK, YOUR CHECK IS IN THE MAIL. WE INVENTED THE TELEPORTER and can deliver your item from across the world in TWO MINUTES.. Remember, IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT IS. BUYER BEWARE.
(update:) Don't you find it strange all the 5 star ratings are the only feedback from these buyers. Even when they state "whenever I need the latest phone I come here" .. however they failed to write a review the other 4 times?. That's because none of the 5 Star Ratings are real. You want real reviews, read the 1 Star Reviews. "
